Return Policy

At Black Choco Store, we are committed to delivering premium chocolate products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items unless they are defective.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
